This policy explains how Jovi Bilişim (“we”) handles personal data collected through jovibilisim.com. Data belonging to customers who use the Jovi ERP product is governed separately by the signed agreement and its data processing addendum.
What we collect
What you give us directly. When you submit the demo request form we receive your name, email address, company name and message. When you write to the AI assistant we receive the text you send.
Collected automatically. Browsing the site generates technical data such as browser type, language preference, pages visited and approximate location. We process this to operate the site and to compile aggregate usage statistics.
Stored in your browser. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to our servers.
Why we process it
- To answer your demo requests and questions
- To let the AI assistant produce a reply to your question
- To keep the site secure and to block abuse and automated attacks
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site
- To meet obligations under applicable law
Legal basis
We process demo and contact form data because it is directly related to entering into a contract at your request. Technical data used for security and improvement is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest. Where the law requires processing, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets no advertising cookies. Your theme preference lives in local storage. For aggregate visit statistics we may use an analytics tool that does not identify individual visitors and sets no cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Limited sharing may occur with the following kinds of suppliers, only as needed to run the service:
- The cloud provider hosting the site
- The service that delivers form submissions to us
- The model provider that powers the AI assistant
Some of these providers may be located outside Türkiye; any such transfer is made under the safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep demo requests for as long as the commercial relationship requires after the request is resolved, and assistant conversations for the short period the service needs them. Where the law prescribes a longer period, that period applies.
Your rights

Security
Traffic to the site travels over an encrypted connection. Access to form submissions is limited to people who need it for their work. No technical measure provides absolute security.
Changes
When we update this policy we change the date on this page. If a change is material we will also give notice on the site.
